Today’s AM fix was USD 1,331.50, EUR 1,002.79 and GBP 875.35 per ounce.   Yesterday’s AM fix was USD 1,322.25, EUR 996.65 and GBP 864.05 per ounce. Gold fell $3.10 or 0.23% yesterday and closed at $1,326.30/oz. Silver fell $0.12 or 0.6% and closed at $19.72.

Today’s AM fix was USD 1,322.25, EUR 996.65 and GBP 864.05 per ounce.   Yesterday’s AM fix was USD 1,330.75, EUR 1001.24 and GBP 864.79 per ounce. Gold fell $3.60 or 0.27% yesterday and closed at $1,329.40/oz. Silver fell $0.19 or 0.45% and closed at $19.84.  Gold is remaining steady ahead of the key U.S. Fed policy meeting later today.  Mixed economic data from the U.S. has left no clues as to when the Fed will taper its stimulus program. Gold bullion prices reached a five week high of $1,347.69/oz last week.

Gold rose $1.50 or 0.11% on Friday and closed at $1,333.00/oz. Silver fell $0.17 or 0.84% and closed at $20.03. Gold and silver both gained last week 2.98% and 2.77% respectively.

Gold climbed $11.60 or 0.88% yesterday and closed at $1,331.50/oz. Silver rose $0.04 or 0.2% and closed at $20.20. Gold is 8.4% higher in July and set for the best month since January 2012 as lower prices lead to increased demand.

Gold is trading down after falling nearly 2% yesterday after challenging resistance at $1,350/oz.
