Company Announcement

Dear Clients,

I would like to inform you of some important changes here at GoldCore.

I shall be assuming the role of Chief Executive Officer of GoldCore. Mr David Russell has stepped down as our Managing Director in order to pursue new interests.

Naturally we are all sad to see David’s departure. David has been instrumental in managing GoldCore successfully over the past four and half years and has contributed to GoldCore becoming the international success story it is today.

David will remain on as a non executive Director of our Board. We wish David the very best in his new career path and we look forward to his valuable counsel at our board meetings.

Mr Frank Wall, who many of you will know, has assumed the role of Head of Bullion Services. In this role he will be responsible for delivery of Bullion Sales and Support functions as well as the development of new client-focused initiatives.

I would like to congratulate Frank on his new appointment. He brings a vast amount of experience and energy to the role.

We are very excited by our plans to expand our products and services suite over the coming months and years and to grow our client bank internationally. We shall strive to build upon our reputation for excellence in service and product value and invest heavily in our customer services apparatus.

Stay tuned for some important and exciting announcements in the weeks ahead.

We would like to thank you all very much for your patronage and support of GoldCore over the years. Our clients mean everything to us and we look forward to providing you with great value and service and helping to protect and grow your wealth in the coming years.

Should you have any questions regarding this announcement please do not hesitate to contact myself or Frank Wall directly on +353 1 6325010.

Warmest regards,

Stephen Flood

Chief Executive Officer, GoldCore
