Gold Gains as Financial Concerns See Safe Haven Diversification

◆ Gold rose 1% last week and had its second week of gains which is positive from a technical and a momentum perspective.

Spot gold was flat in late morning trading in Europe at $1,770.30 per ounce which is just $10 shy of a near eight year high of $1,779.06, hit last week.
